Council is seeking quotations from suitably qualified licenced company to undertake specific programmed inspection, maintenance and repairs of its Fire Protection equipment across Dungog Shire Council’s building, plant and fleet assets.

Please see attached specification and schedules for your review and opportunity to provide the prescribed services for up to 5 years as per the contract specifications. Please ensure all aspects of the specification and schedules are addressed, otherwise it will be deemed as a non-conforming submission. All correspondence should reference Tender number T6/2024.

All submissions will be evaluated against a pre-determined weighted criteria. Pending the total cost of the preferred supplier, a further report to Council may be required prior to formal awarding of the contract.
