Tender Description
The purpose of this Request for Tender (RFT) is to seek a head contractor to undertake major works at the University of Tasmania (UTAS) Stadium, including:
- Demolition of existing Function Centre
- Partial Demolition of existing Eastern Stand and Western Stand
- Refurbishment of existing Eastern Stand Roof
- Construction of new Centre West Stand, Western Stand seating infill, Southeast Entry Plaza and Eastern Stand seating bowl and amenities.
