Tender Description

The Shire of Halls Creek is seeking an expression of interest for the development of a community store or retail centre on a portion of Reserve 37006, Lot 417 DP188146.

This is vacant land and the Shire proposes to offer it on a long term ground lease.

The primary interest of the Shire is the development of a supermarket for community benefit.

it is desired that the development includes at lease 3 vacant shops/offices that could be rented to other businesses, eg hair saloon, cafe', bakery, butchery, etc.

The Shire will consider different design options. The site is adjacent to a Shire managed parking area, which could be included in the design.
