Tender Description

The Queensland Ambulance Service (QAS) is seeking a qualified supplier to provide a comprehensive Satellite Push-to-Talk (Sat PTT) solution. This includes the supply, implementation, and ongoing support of hardware, software, and network services, all consolidated under a single contract.

Hardware Supply:

In-vehicle Sat PTT devices
Portable Sat PTT devices
Fixed Station Terminal (FST) devices
Necessary accessories and mounting equipment

Software Provision:

Device firmware and operating systems
Management and configuration tools
Integration software for existing QAS systems (CAD and Radio Console)

Network Services:

Satellite network access with unlimited voice and data
LTE/4G/5G network access and data plans
Closed User Group (CUG) setup
Integration and Implementation Services:
Integration with existing systems
Solution design and configuration
Project management and quality assurance

Training Services:

End-user and administrator training programs

Support and Maintenance:

24/7 technical support
Ongoing software updates and hardware maintenance
