Cairns Regional Council is inviting submissions from quotations from artists to design and deliver a mural on three locations around the Local Government Area.

Council highly recommends the applicant visit the sites identified, prior to application, to develop an understanding of the size and scope of the project.

• Amenities block at Endeavour Park, Cannon St, Manunda
• Amenities block at Touch Park, Quarry Street, Aeroglen

Enquiries: Tender enquiries, questions or clarifications should be directed via the online forum. Cairns Regional Council officers are unable to respond to verbal enquiries in relation to the tender. The forum will close one day prior to the closing time and date. Please ensure that all questions, information requests and clarifications are posted prior to this time.

Lodgement of Submissions: Completed responses must be lodged by uploading the submission electronically, using the response forms within the tender documentation.

We strongly recommend that you begin uploading your tender submission files at least two (2) hours BEFORE the tender closing time.

Closing Time and Date: The tender closes at 4:30 PM, Friday 18 April 2025. Submissions must be fully received by this time. Late, verbal or emailed tenders may not be accepted and will be subject to Council's sole discretion.

Submissions will not be opened publicly. The lowest or any tender may not necessarily be accepted.

Council reserve the right to change the specifications prior to making a decision on the submissions received in response to this invitation.

Council may invite all Respondents to change their submission to take into account any change in the tender specifications.

Tenders are to remain valid for a period of 120 days from the Closing Time.
