Requirements

The buyer is seeking proposals for a time and materials engagement to provide surge capacity resources. The primary skillset required is Infrastructure Engineer, with a strong focus on Citrix, as well as technical writing, to support the following outcomes;

• Citrix build and implementation and or upgrades – including design documentation
• Desktop application support for the buyer's ScienceLAN End Point Refresh Deployment project (eg. Support to retest and redeploy, answer user questions etc)
• Transition into service documentation across all ScienceLAN tech implementation (for Infrastructure Services, Networks, Data Centre, Cloud)
• As an alternative to the Citrix work package, if Citrix SME skillset is not available;
• Corporate prod and non-prod VDI Build (protected and official)

Proposals should include a rate card showing hourly/daily rates (inc GST) as well as a current CV for each proposed personnel.
