DFAT is calling for expressions of interest for two separate parts to support the delivery of Prospera 2.0 and Katalis 2.0. The goal of this integrated investment (Prospera 2.0 and Katalis 2.0) is to support Indonesia’s economic transformation, enabling greater investment, including from Australia, and to support stronger, more inclusive economic growth in-line with Indonesia’s ambition to reach high-income status by 2045.This investment will maintain Australia's role as Indonesia's technocratic partner of choice for economic reforms and reinforce these efforts by supporting reforms that improve Indonesia's regulatory environment for traders and investors.

The EOI closed on 11/3/2025 and DFAT anticipates releasing the request for tender to shortlisted organisations in the third quarter of 2025.
