Tender Description
Northern Beaches Council (Council) invites tenders for the provision of Design Services for Condover Reserve Remediation & Stabilisation.
The scope of the tender calls for a multi-disciplinary lead design team comprising of all consultant's required for delivery of a design that meets or exceeds Council requirements as stated in Part C and Part D of the RFT document.
The Contract term will be 48 months, with 36 months being design phase and 12 months being construction, with an extension at Council's option of 12 months. The expected start date is May 2025.
