Tender Description
The Town of Port Hedland (Town) has contributed funding to the design and construction of the new Spoil bank Marina which has recently been opened to the Community.
As part of the improved infrastructure, the Town identified a parcel of land that could be activated with a destination playground. The concept should include playground equipment that represent the true and identifiable industry that supports the Port Hedland community and national economy.
A Concept design package has been included within this tender to set out the requirements for the playground in line with the approved grant funding provided by Lotterywest. The Contractor must ensure the specifications within this design package are considered with their design, and all final designs must comply with Lotterywest grant funding requirements.
The responses from tenderers should include playground equipment that represent the true and identifiable industry that supports the Port Hedland community and national economy.
The Contractor is required to complete detail design, documentation, certification, supply and construct playground and associated park infrastructure for the Spoilbank Marina Playground in accordance with the provided concept design within this tender.
