Logan City Council (Council) invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from interested Respondents for the provision of advertising services at Council-managed bus shelters, through a revenue-based agreement. This service also includes the cleaning, maintenance and repair of specified bus shelters (CC/1/2025).

Council intends to select a shortlist of Respondents that, based on the expressions of interest and evidence submitted, best address the criteria above. This shortlist of Respondents may be invited to submit a Stage 2 Tender Submission.

ENQUIRIES:

Any questions and responses shall be collated, documented and distributed to all Respondents to ensure equity and fairness to all Respondents.

All enquiries in relation to this expression of interest must be submitted via the Online Forum.

LODGEMENT OF SUBMISSIONS:

Completed responses must be submitted using the expression of interest response spreadsheet via the tender Portal. You are able to reference and attach relevant separate documentation as part of your response to questions to support your submission.

Respondents will receive a "Successful Submission Receipt" timed and dated upon completion. Should assistance be required please use the online manual on the portal under "Support"/"Online Manuals"/"Making a Submission".

CLOSING DATE AND TIME:

The expression of interest can only be submitted electronically through the tender portal and prior to the Closing Date listed on "1 Combined Expression of Interest Package" within the expression of interest conditions. At any time prior to the Closing Date, Council may issue additional or different information to Respondents, which shall be taken into account in preparation of the response.
