Tender Description
The current roofs at Kaikorai Valley College are at end of life and not able to be maintained as a result. The Colleges Board of Trustees have had plans prepared to meet the MoE Design Requirements for Weathertightness.
Dating from the late 1950s the roofs on the whole are shallow pitch and clad with Butynol style roofing.
The project works included but not limited to:
- Repitching with metal cladding of roofs
- Relocation of mechanical services
- Installation of of new mechanical services
- Installation of new spouting
- Installation of new drainage
