Tender Description
The Town of Port Hedland invites qualified contractors to undertake the construction and fit-out of the Port Hedland Yacht Club. The project is divided into three separable portions, each with a completion date of 30 June 2025. The works include demolition, new fit-out activities, and installation of kitchen equipment, adhering to Australian Standards.
The works will include but not be limited to; demolition, earthworks / siteworks, power, water, sewer, roadworks, and drainage. Works under all parts are to be completed by 30 June 2025.
