Tender Description

Mount Isa City Council invites tenders from suitably qualified tenderers for the manufacture, supply and installation of catering, plumbing and electrical equipment to upgrade a commercial kitchen, boardroom kitchenette, and three (3) bars in the Civic Centre as described in more detail in Part 5 – Scope.

Council is currently considering two Work Packages as part of these Works:

Work Package A - Commercial Kitchen Upgrade
Work Package B - Balance of the Scope (including Boardroom Kitchenette, Auditorium bar, 2nd Floor bar, & Foyer bar upgrade)

Council is also considering the following options for the Work Packages:

Option 1 - Work Package A only
Option 2 – Work Package A and Work Package B

The Contract will be modified post tender as required subject to Council’s preferred approach.

Tenderers should be ready to commence the work under the Contract from March 2025.
