Tender Description
Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Finance (DOF) and Department of Education are seeking quotes from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake extension of undercover area and repurposing limestone seating area at East Fremantle Primary School.
The Work includes but is not limited to demolition, groundworks, concreting, structural steelwork, electrical, mechanical, roofing, drainage, ramp works, landscaping, relocation of existing school assets and other associated works.
Site Visit
A site visit will be held at 8 Forrest Street, Fremantle at 18 Dec, 2024 1:00 AM.
A non-mandatory site briefing will be held at East Fremantle Primary School. The location of the briefing will be 8 Forrest Street, Fremantle WA 6160.
Tenderers are urged to strictly adhere to the allocated time. No access will be provided after 1:15PM. All tenderers need to be escorted by school or PFM staff.
