Tender Description
The Andrew McLaughlan Centre is a Town of Port Hedland (Town) Asset that requires renovations to suit the new building users' requirements. The scope of works includes upgrading the building to comply with current class 9b standards for the recertification of the building for future purposes. This includes addressing doorway widths, ablutions, energy efficiency and other items as identified in the drawings.
