Tender Description
The objective of this procurement is to identify and engage a specialist IT implementation partner or recognised consortium arrangement to assist with the development of a new integrated data and funding management IT system, referred to as the Early Childhood Funding Management and Monitoring System (the System).
The System will be used by government and non-government parties to provide data related to preschool services and child development checks (CDC) and child health development checks (CDHC), ingest data from existing systems across government and non-government organisations, calculate funding for delivery of services, and generate associated reports such as those related to acquittals, service monitoring, and policy and program development.
