Lakes Exercise Equipment and Softfall replacements

⁠⁠⁠The Shire of Capel is seeking the services of a suitable contractor to remove and replace public exercise equipment, inclusive of Softfall at Lakes Park Maidment Parade Dalyellup.

The equipment and soft fall in place is nearing the end of its useful life expectancy and will need to be replaced like for like or nearest suitable equivalent.

This project is divided up into six (6) separable portions and are as follows:

Separable Portion 1 Area 1 remove and replace exercise equipment and soft fall

Separable Portion 2 Area 2 remove and replace exercise equipment and soft fall

Separable Portion 3 Area 3 remove and replace exercise equipment and soft fall

Separable Portion 4 Area 4 remove and replace soft fall only

Separable Portion 5 Area 5 remove and replace soft fall only

Separable Portion 6 Area 6 remove and replace soft fall only

Subject to budget, the Shire intends to award all portions as part of the current contract.

- However, if this is not achievable due to budget constraints, then the Shire reserves the right to award the works in part or in full at its discretion.
