Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Port Stephens Council (PSC) are seeking to engage a suitably qualified contractor to supply prefabricated buildings / construction kits for three public amenities buildings to replace existing within PSC Local Government Area (LGA) at Shoal Bay, Nelson Bay and Karuah.

The contract will include design, fabrication, supply and delivery of all materials (pre-assembled if possible) required to construct public amenity buildings that are fully compliant to all applicable Australian Standards and building codes.
