Tender Description
The BOT at Pinehaven School is seeking the services of a main contractor to undertake the construction of Block G Toilet Upgrades.
**IT IS IMPERATIVE THAT THIS IS PRICED AS PER THE EXCEL SCHEDULE OF QUANTITIES DOCUMENT**
Construction Dates: April School Holidays 2025.
The work is described in the tender documents prepared by IR Group and involves:
• Isolate work area and operate under a SSSP.
• Flooring – grind floor and plaster cracks
• Flooring – Install new nonslip flooring system
• Ventilation – Supply and install new windows as per the drawings.
• Remove and dispose of toilet pans, cisterns, hand towels, sinks, lights and half sized toilet doors.
• Supply and install new toilet pans, hand dryers, doors, lights, sinks, windows, wall linings as per the drawings.
• Retain existing toilet partitions but allow for full height accessible toilet doors.
• Allow for internal repaint above dado height, including walls and ceilings.
• Provide all PS3’s, warranties, O&M manuals, weathertightness sign offs as necessary.
• Leave site clean and tidy.
• Project consultants are:
o Project Manager: IR Group
o Lead Designer: IR Group
Contractors should detail their plan to ensure an efficient delivery (e.g. pre-order products, line up sub-contractors). Ensuring minimal disruption to the school and having an efficient programme are paramount.
The Contractor will be engaged through an MOE medium works contract (Construction contracts for professional services and works).
