This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The Australian Criminal Intelligence Commission (ACIC) is seeking to engage a suitable vendor that can provide sustained Gotham application technical support while the ACIC transitions to a replacement system. The services to be provided are as follows:
1. Regular Palantir administration and maintenance. This would include undertaking the following tasks:
- Checking and actioning systems resources regularly
- Checking and actioning alerts.
- Providing upgrades and integration assistance to third party software (i.e., Open Street Maps).
- Review of risks of operating on existing versions of software and provide advice on remediating risks where required.
- Reviewing whether a restore of production into staging is required and undertaking this activity.
- Patching operating system and dependencies.
2. Ad-hoc assistance with issues or problems that are not able to be resolved by ACIC level 1 or 2 support. This would include one-off issues such as performance issues, or unplanned outages that require immediate attention.
3. Ad-hoc answers to technical questions from ACIC staff relating to Gotham.
4. Understanding Gotham data holdings and recovery plans.
- A review of the data extraction tools built by the ACIC and the processes used during the preliminary stages of understanding Gotham data holdings.
- Provide a back-up resource to the ACIC in relation to data extraction and data migration planning and execution into a future system.
- Provide expertise (i.e., data migration) in relation to the activities responsible for working with a future vendor of the Gotham replacement.
- Provide expertise and assistance in relation to Gotham recovery planning and testing as a mitigation in the event of a serious issue.
- Act as back-up or lead the data extraction from Gotham and import into the new replacement system.
