The works covered by this Contract include, but are not limited to breakdown maintenance, preventative maintenance and new installations for all facilities on and off site (rent, owned or otherwise) to support the Company's operations.

The Contractor must provide a complete service to perform the work as a minumum but not limited to:

- General plumbing maintenance including wastewater treatment plants, gas, and seawater installations;

- General plumbing maintenance to all buildings;

- Calibration, maintenance and installation of water pressure regulation and control valves;

- Maintenance of hydrocarbon distribution pipelines in workshops;

- Dewatering for culvert cleaning, including installation of aqua barriers or similar devices for dewatering;

- High pressure cleaning up to Class ""B"" of pipes and culverts.

- All types of polyethylene welding;

- Cleaing of drains, including workshop run-off drains;

- Emergency management and recue plans;

- Earthworks including excavation to repair underground water leaks and clearing of channels;

- Maintenance and installation of compressed air lines and equipment in for example workshops;

- Maintain inner field sea water irrigation systems and new installations;

- Maintaining of hydrocarbon facilities across site and installation of new;

- Maintaining and installation of hydrocarbon interceptors;

- Inspections and testing of non-return valves to legislative requirements;

- Installing and maintaining of reverse osmosis systems;

- Water quality monitoring;

- Maintaining legislative compliances to Rio Tinto and Governmental compliances;

- And other works that may be required from time to time as agreed with the Company and the Contractor.
