This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
DTA is seeking external engagement with a specialist to address gaps in its records management capability. The specialist will complete the following activities in the delivery of the outputs listed below.
Conduct a comprehensive review of records across all DTA business applications to:
- Identify records across the DTA digital landscape.
- Review and recommend current classification and sentencing of records across the DTA digital landscape including over-retention and disposal.
- Inform the current classification and sentencing of records that have not been sentenced yet including over-retention and disposal.
- Develop an Information Governance Framework and Information Management policies and processes tailored to the DTA’s roles, responsibilities and forums.
