The Office of Hydrogen Power SA (OHPSA) is seeking a resource that is highly skilled and experienced in complex commercial negotiations for large infrastructure projects. The successful tenderer will demonstrate that the nominated resource has a significant degree of past relevant experience in delivering comprehensive commercial advisory services for large and complex energy or resources projects, in a similar, evolving environment or industry.

Specifically, the nominated resource will demonstrate:

• A high skill level in facilitating and leading complex contract negotiations on behalf of the OHPSA.
• Extensive commercial skills and abilities in managing engagement with critical stakeholders.
• Commercial experience with large scale infrastructure projects, preferably with an energy or resources focus.
• Must be able to work effectively in and as a part of a small but high performing team to achieve outcomes in a compressed timeframe.
• Availability to commence immediately and be embedded within the OHPSA project team in Adelaide’s CBD area.

The successful tender will have a sound understanding of public sector processes and governance and will be a specialist commercial advisor on behalf of the State.
