Tender Description
Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Finance (DOF) and Department of Justice (DOJ) are seeking quotes from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake Abattoir Cool Room Upgrade at Karnet Prison Farm.
The Work includes but is not limited to demolition, earthworks, concreting, plumbing, painting, flooring, mechanical and metalwork, electrical, refrigeration, and other associated tasks to execute abattoir cool room extension and modifications.
Respondents must complete and submit via email the provided confidentiality agreement to tenders.wa@programmed.com.au to attain access to Annexure 1 – Scope, Specification & Drawings as part of the tender documentation.
Site Visit
A site visit will be held at Kingsbury Drive, Serpentine at 4 Dec, 2024 11:00 AM.
A mandatory site briefing will be held at Karnet Prison Farm. The location of the briefing will be Kingsbury Drive, Serpentine Western Australia 6125.
All tenderers must confirm their attendance at least two days prior to briefing, providing the full names of those attending. Attendees will be required to bring photo ID, such as a driver?s licence, on the day of visit. No specific PPE requirements.
