Supply and Delivery of Herbicides

⁠⁠⁠Tenders are invited for the Supply and Herbicides to Council, rural landholders and Council contractors. Supply is to include delivery to all locations within the Bundaberg Regional Council (BRC) geographical boundaries, combined with a point of sale pick up location also located within these boundaries.

Council intends to enter into a preferred supplier arrangement with a single successful tenderer in the form of a Goods Contract with a fixed pricing schedule for listed products, as well as an agreed pricing structure for all other products purchased with the tenderer. Council’s preferred pricing model would be to have the fixed pricing held for the first 12 months of the contract with a periodic review on each 12-month anniversary throughout the life of the contract and include a store wide % discount on all other purchases.
