Herbicide Spraying Services

The Botanic Gardens and Parks Authority (Customer / BGPA / Contract Authority) is seeking to establish a panel arrangement with three categories and up to six Contractors per Category, for herbicide spraying services for Kings Park parkland and bushland and Bold Park bushland, as per the below.

Category A: Kings Park Parkland

• Refer to Section 2.1.1 for information specific to this Category.

Category B: Kings Park Bushland

•  Refer to Section 2.1.2 for information specific to this Category.

Category C: Bold Park Bushland

•  Refer to Section 2.1.3 for information specific to this Category.

Respondents may submit an Offer for one or more Categories.

The Customer requires specialised herbicide spraying Contractors that are available on a highly flexible ad-hoc basis to spray a range of environmental weeds.

A higher demand for services is expected during winter. Spraying services will generally be undertaken on Business Days (as defined in the General Conditions (July 2025)) between 7am and 4pm. All spraying personnel must be currently licensed as Pest Management Technicians for the purpose of the Health (Pesticides) Regulations 2011.

Briefing

A briefing session will be held at Kings Park Visitor Information Centre, Fraser Avenue, Kings Park, Perth on 2 Dec, 2025 10:00 AM.
