Tender Description
The Supplier's Activities are to carry out the SalesForce Marketing Cloud support services as described in this Statement of Work.
Project goals
The core objectives of the Supplier's Activities are as follows:
a. The primary objective of this tender is to procure on-going scheduled and ad hoc SalesForce Marketing Cloud support services for the Customer Marketing CRM team to send all of government emails to 5.1M customers and 1.4M NSW businesses to metropolitan, regional and remote locations across the state.The successful supplier will provide all labour, materials, services, skills, supervision and the necessary tools and equipment needed use Marketing Cloud functionality to send personalised, targeted communications that aligns with the NSW Governments’ strategic priorities, DCS’s Customer Commitments and the use of the SalesForce platform to connect customer MyServiceNSW Account data to Marketing Cloudb.
The secondary objective is to provide strategic, operational and project level best-practice advice to the CRM team and internal stakeholders as required
The Supplier must demonstrate expertise and familiarity with MarketingCloud Email Studio production and have the ability to meet business requirements as described in Statement of requirements regarding email production and QA standards.
The Supplier must demonstrate the ability to deliver the service within:Normal Operating Hours: 9am-5pm (AEST), Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays)Extended Operating Hours for Emergency Sends: 24 hours a day, 7 days a week including Public Holidays.
