Darwin Region - Repairs and Maintenance on Public and Social Housing Assets for a Period of 24 Months

This procurement seeks suitably trade qualified and experienced contractors to undertake repairs and maintenance works on a portfolio of housing assets consisting of approximately 3200 government owned and leased public, industry, government employee and social housing properties in the Darwin Region.

The Darwin Region is, for the purpose of this procurement, divided into four geographical zones:

• Zone 1 Darwin
• Zone 2 Casuarina
• Zone 3 Palmerston
• Zone 4 Greater Darwin Rural

The Contract will ensure that within each zone, a nominated contractor will undertake repairs and maintenance, and minor works on dwellings to maintain them in accordance with the Residential Tenancies Act.
