Tender Description

The core function of this contract is to manage the testing regime required under the Building Act and to ensure all school BWOFs are issued in a timely manner as required by legislation. This includes services such as monthly fire alarm testing, lift testing and servicing, sprinkler system testing, automatic door testing, and BWOF issuing.

There are some additional services included in the contract which are not required for building compliance but use the same type of technical expertise, for example boiler inspection, swimming pool fencing checks, fall arrest system testing, emergency call out service for lift entrapment and mechanical failure, and fire alarm monitoring.
