The provision of transactional banking services to the City of Newcastle for a period of up to 6 and a half years. The banking service provider will be required to facilitate Council transactions that utilise a mix of online card payments, in person card payments, business online banking, the New Payments Platform (NPP)/Osko and direct debit/credit, IVR and traditional face to face.

Responsibility for lodgement by the deadline lies solely with the tenderer. Lodgement information is provided in the tender document. Council is not bound to accept the lowest tender or any tender submitted.

A pre-tender meeting will not be held.
