Tender Description
We are seeking a Passive ESM Specialist to maintain ESM passive assets across the South West region, including:
- Baseline Penetrations Inspection and Compilation of comprehensive baseline register of penetrations and recommended program of works to achieve regulatory compliance.
- Provide Annual Essential Safety Measures Report (AESMR)
- Growth in the BH building footprint (new BH buildings) are currently excluded from this scope of work.
- Supplier’s Digital Platform:
- Please advise BH if the supplier have an online platform with live reporting and digital logbooks, enabling Barwon Health to maintain full visibility of the status of all assets and outstanding defects.
