Tender Description
The Department of Education (DoE) is inviting tenders for Principal Contractors to undertake the refurbishment works at Block of the Isis District State High School building at 3 Ridgway Street, Childers QLD 4660.
Only PQC Level 2 eligible Building Contractors will be provided the tender documents.
The refurbishment scope of works will generally involve the following construction activities;
- Demolition and removal of items as outlined in the documentation.
- Procurement and Installation of new Teaching Walls / Operable Walls
- Paint new walls & repair/patch and repaint damaged walls where documented.
- Floor Make Good and substrate Preparation as documented
- Repair/replacement of damaged ceiling tiles.
- Safe Removal of Asbestos Materials if encountered.
- Power and Data upgrades where noted
- Removal of existing Air Conditioning and Installation of new Air Conditioning unit.
- Installation of new Blinds
