Council is seeking Expression of interest for the rent of a stable in Condobolin.

     Stable 6 - Q2024/23 - Located at SRA Grounds, Diggers Avenue, Condobolin. Consisting of a 1,718.6m2 block with 2 sheds and connected to water.

In compliance with the Crown Land Management Act 2016, the Licence Agreement will have a term of 1 year. A bond equivalent to 2 weeks rent will be required. Water consumption will be charged. The rent for the stable has been set by Council (resolution number 2024/260) to be $30 per week inclusive of GST. A public liability insurance policy will be required and also a bond of 2 weeks rent.
