Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠The work to be performed under this Contract includes but is not limited to the items outlined below and any miscellaneous ancillary works required to achieve the intent as shown on the Contract Documents.

Briefly the works include, but are not limited to:

Richard Murden Reserve Inclusive Playground construction
Installation of environmental protection measures
Removal of selected trees and shrubs, existing playground equipment
Removal of turf and stockpiling of topsoil
Bulk earthworks, trimming and compaction of subgrade
Installation of playground equipment including the relocation and reinstallation of some of the existing equipment
Installation of retaining walls, pathways, and rain garden infrastructure
Installation of benches, picnic settings and water fountain
Installation of softfall (mulch and rubber)
Refurbishment of an existing amenities building to create accessible facilities of an accessible amenities building
Miscellaneous road works including bus bay drop of and realignment of kerbs, accessible line marking and signage installation
Provision of operational manual, training and ongoing maintenance; and
Landscaping including advanced tree planting, mass planting and turf reestablishment.
