Tender Description

The Zoological Parks Authority (Perth Zoo) is seeking the services of a suitably skilled and qualified Practitioner / Contractor to provide medical and corporate health services, including but limited to:

  • Pre-employment Medical Assessments
  • Travel Consultation and Vaccination
  • Preventative Health Programs
  • Preventative Vaccination Program
  • Ad-hoc Consultancy with Veterinary Department regarding zoonotic disease
  • Fitness for Work Assessments
  • General Practitioner Services
  • Skin Health Checks

The services are to be provided to staff employed in various occupations at Perth Zoo and to potential Perth Zoo employees during the recruitment process.
