The University will soon release a tender for Sydney School of Veterinary Sciences (SSVS) Vet Consumables (WS2182868563)

The aim of this project is the procurement of Vet Consumables for University Veterinary Teaching Hospital at Sydney (UVTHS) and University Veterinary Teaching Hospital at Camden (UVTHC) by engaging a long-term service provider with a basket of goods representative of our consumable requirements that will deliver the best value for money.

In general, the supplier must meet the following requirements:

1. Ability to supply at least 75% of the products in the attached Product List. (Note: Kindly submit the response to Product List via email to hassan.ashraf@sydney.edu.au)

2. Integration with major veterinary practice management software (e.g. Rx Works, Ezy vet, Ascend etc.)

3. Ability to deliver to both UVTH Camperdown and Camden within 24 hours from issuing an order and within 4 to 6 hours in an emergency Monday to Friday except Public Holidays.

4. Acceptance of 30 days payment terms used by University of Sydney to its large suppliers.

PROJECT TIMING

The tender will be released in the last week of Nov 2024 and be open for 4 weeks.
