The Department is seeking information from a specialist service provider to develop a secure digital platform solution to support the School Sport Unit - Swim and Representative Sports Programs.

Project goals

The proposed digital system must be available to all public, catholic and independent schools across NSW.

Key objective of the proposed solution will address all existing workflow requirements and compliance as well as incorporate:

• Enhanced business functions
• Ensure governance and compliance
• Enhance user experience
• Uplift risk management
• Workflow enhancements to provide bespoke solutions for all stakeholders

Scope

The specialist service provider is required to present a comprehensive response for using their digital platform solution. No contract will be awarded at the end of this RFI.

The findings of the RFI will help to inform the Department’s approach in any subsequent stage of the procurement process.

Suppliers who participate in the RFI and have the demonstrates capability to meet the Department’s requirements may be invited to participate in any follow-on procurements that may occur.
