The Ten-Year Property Plan condition assessment survey work identified the aging condition of the original sewer and stormwater drainage infrastructure. All clay pipework is around 60 years old and requires replacement.
Concrete paving reinstatement will be significant with a large area of sealed playground affected by the works.
