Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Communities are seeking quotes from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake SW Roof Repairs 2 Davenport Way Complex at Withers.

The Work includes but is not limited to Roof Repairs for the following properties as per indicated in the Annexure 1 – Scope and Specification.

Lot 558, 2 Davenport Way, Withers, WA, 6230 (Complex, Units 1- 31)

Bidders to note the following:

Scaffolding will be needed to complete works, A licensed scaffolder must be used with a scaffolding tag to be on all scaffolding.
Bidders to made allowance for carpentry, roof plumbing, painting and scaffolding, as per indicated in the Returnable Schedule B_ Schedule of Prices V1
Due to the age of the building please presume that the eaves contain ACM. Please have this as a separate line item on the quote.
Bidder to draw their attention to the Returnable Schedule B_ Schedule of Prices
All units are tenanted.
