The Shire of Capel (the Shire) objectives with this Request for Quote are to engage a suitably qualified contractor to investigate further, the levels of contamination at an old landfill site, to inform and enable the development of an Additional Detailed Site Investigation, Construction Environmental Management Plan, Ongoing Site Management Plan and enable the DWER reclassification of the site.
