Tender Description
The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the design and construction of a Site Access at Nambour Special School, located at 70 Windsor Road, Burnside QLD 4560, as part of the Ed4All program.
The scope of works includes the supply and installation of new amenities fixtures across B, C, D and H Block including new toilets, new basins, new grabrails, new lighting, as well as new covered walkway links and concrete pathway upgrades. All works are to be completed by January 2025.
Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:
- Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works
- Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $1,000,000.00
QBCC Licensing and Professional Indemnity Insurance
It is anticipated that a minimum of a QBCC (Low Rise) builders’ licence will be required for this project. Contractors are required to hold Professional Indemnity Insurance in accordance with the contract.
