Registration of Interest for Project Management Services at WSI

An opportunity is now open for qualified parties to register their interest in providing Project Management services at Western Sydney International Airport Business Precinct Stage One (BPSO) Works Portion 1.

BPSO - Works Portion 1 will provide a mix of serviced super-lots, arterial road connections and an internal road network to facilitate the development of later stages, including warehousing, bulky goods and a hotel precinct, to serve the early requirements of the region and airport operations.

All proponents must be suitably qualified and have relevant local experience with comparable projects. Interested parties who can demonstrate experience delivering works at WSA, the surrounding WSEA or airport precincts generally, as well as delivering on behalf of state or federal government entities must contact wsibpsoprocurement@charterhall.com.au to register for the opportunity by 4pm on Friday, 15th November 2024. Only parties who can demonstrate suitable qualifications and experience may be invited to participate in a Request for Tender (RFT) process.
