Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development (DPIRD) is seeking a suitably experienced Contractor to provide Asset and Property Management services to the Village situated in Coral Bay from 1 July 2025. Refer to Schedule 2 Specification / Statement of Requirements for further information.

DPIRD requires the provision of asset and property management services specified in this Request including:

1. Subleasing the Properties to eligible persons and managing those tenancies.
2. Asset management and Building management.
3. Administration and Financial Management.
4. Continued Full-Time employment of on-site Village Manager
5. Other services as the Customer may reasonably require.

The successful Respondent shall enter into the Sub Lease and Property Management Agreement (Attachment A) with the Customer to provide services at the properties. The successful Respondent will need to confirm that it can meet the requirements detailed in this Agreement in Attachment A.

Site Visit

A site visit will be held at Coral Bay Workers Accommodation Village, Lot 1, Coral Bay on 27 November 2024 11:00 AM.
