Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Adelaide HIlls Council invites qualified and experienced contractors to submit their tenders for inclusion in a Minor Civil Works Panel. The purpose of this panel is to provide on-demand, high-quality civil works services for various small to medium-sized projects across a range of locations. The successful contractors will be engaged on a call-off basis to deliver civil works as required, in line with the specific project scopes provided by Adelaide Hills Council.

The panel will facilitate the efficient and timely delivery of minor civil works projects, such as but not limited to:

  • Concrete foundations and paving
  • Drainage works
  • Demolition and removal of structures
  • Small-scale infrastructure upgrades
