Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Council is seeking an experienced contractor to perform demolition and internal construction at the Narromine Library. The project aims to create an accessible facility that complies with current standards and includes upgrades to the staff area and amenities. Additionally, the scope encompasses ensuring safe and clear passage and egress from the building, as well as compliance with the Building Safety Authority (BSA) fire safety regulations.
