Rockhampton Regional Council (Council) invites proposals from suitably qualified and experienced operators, for the operation of the Rockhampton Regional Tennis Centre (RRTC) at Victoria Park.

The Operator is required to enter into a Trustee Lease and an Operation Agreement with Council for the preferred term of ten (10) years.

The Operator is responsible for the management and cleaning of the Premises, including (but not limited to):

- Twenty-four (24) courts.

- The Clubhouse situated between the northern and central bank of courts.

- The existing Rod Laver Hall (RLH) and all other associated structures; and,

- The car park and associated entry/exit roadways (including any future expansion of these areas by Council).
