Tender Description
Link Wentworth Housing seeks suitably capable and qualified contractors to undertake property asset maintenance services across the Link Wentworth Housing portfolio of properties in Chatswood Hub and Penrith Hub.
Property asset maintenance services include (categories):
1. General Maintenance (GM) programmed works, responsive, modifications and vacant works.
2. Lawns Grounds & Cleaning (LGC) Cyclical ongoing and some general maintenance works.
3. Building Essential Services (BES) Cyclical ongoing.
and Smoke Alarm and RCD Services (SMK)* Cyclical ongoing. Some general maintenance works may be added post contract award.
*SMK will be included in the BES EOI however, it may be awarded as part of the BES Agreement or a separate Agreement to be decided in the RFT stage.
This Link Wentworth Expression of Interest (EOI) is for each category (i.e. 3 EOIs). Organisations interested in more than 1 category must submit a separate Response to each EOI category.
Link Wentworth intends to undertake a two-stage procurement process for each category.
Organisations intending to participate in the procurement must submit a stage 1 EOI Response to be eligible to proceed to stage 2 RFT, subject to invitation.

The Closing Date is12th November at 5:00pm.
