Rotorua Lakes Council owns 30 pensioner houses/units located in Kahikatea Street (off Miller Street, Glenholme). These were built in 2005 and Fusiotherm pipes were used for hot and cold water throughout these units, with little use of elbows for bends, which is now proving to be problematic, with many leaks to deal with.

Seven (7) pensioner units are currently vacant, so we are using this opportunity to:

1. Replace plumbing pipes,

2. Replace shower linings installed

3. Refresh all interior painting and

4. Other ad hoc works

Rotorua Lakes Council would like these vacant units fit for purpose again, so they can be tenanted again as soon as possible.
