Expression Of Interest to identify suppliers that meet Sydney Water’s mandatory requirements for the Supply and Delivery of Calcium Nitrate used in the treatment of odour control in the wastewater net.

Expression Of Interest to identify suppliers that meet Sydney Water’s mandatory requirements for the Supply and Delivery of Calcium Nitrate used in the treatment of odour control in the wastewater network are requested. Those suppliers meeting the mandatory requirements will be invited to participate in Tender for the provision of Supply and Delivery of Calcium Nitrate.
Scope
• Supply and Delivery of Calcium Nitrate chemical
• Maintain consistent high quality in the chemical supplied
• Deliver to any or all of the Sydney Water sites identified
• Test chemical regularly, and report as specified to ensure consistency and to ensure all delivered chemicals meet the requirement.
• Ensure compliance with the relevant legislation for water and waste water treatment;
• Work with Sydney Water, as required, to ensure ongoing compliance with any changes to the relevant legislation that occur.
• Monitor, maintain and report stock levels of chemical
• Conduct site hazard and safety risk inspections and ensure safe deliveries of chemical, to Sydney Water’s Sites.
• Manage transport contractors in an auditable manner, including regular audits;
• Ensure that all subcontractors directly appointed by the Contractor and/or the subcontractor chain(s) employed by the direct subcontractors, comply with requirements.
• Maintain a computerised communication system for the accurate processing of orders, invoices and reports to be presented in a format compatible with Sydney Water's systems.
