Tender Description

The Queensland Parliamentary Service is seeking proposals for the Broadwater Electorate Office Fitout – Design and Construct located at Shop T2 & T3, 12 Falkinder Avenue, Paradise Point.

Depending on requirements the fit-out scope of works includes (but not limited too):

• full design,

• demolition of existing internal partition walls,

• installation of new partition walls,

• electrical,

• plumbing,

• joinery,

• internal wheelchair amenity and shower,

• flooring,

• glazing,

• final finishes,

• furniture,

• CCTV & security hardware,

• auto-door installation and

• certification
